COURSE REVIEW PROCESS

The Course Review Process entails a review of procedures and an assessment of course modules, audio tutors, self-study aids and certification exams; to ensure they are of the highest industry standards. The sequence of the process is noted below.

Cloud School

arrow Materials Review Request

During the initial review process, a Cloud School representative sends a message to the Committee indicating that there are materials in need of assessment. These materials are curricular items such as new or updated course modules, audio tutors, self-study aids or certification exams.

arrow Deliver Varsioned Materials

A Cloud School representative will deliver versioned materials for review by the Committee. It is important that the materials are versioned so that any suggested changes can be tracked and managed.

arrow Receive Notification

Upon receipt of a notification that the review is complete, a Cloud School representative will coordinate the incorporation of suggested changes with the reviewed materials.

arrow Review Results and Incorporate Changes

A Cloud School representative will access the change management system to obtain the detailed notes and suggested changes to the materials. They will update the change requests with status which indicates how the issues were resolved or otherwise managed.

Finalize Version and Release Materials

Before releasing the materials, a Cloud School representative will ensure that the version number is incremented.

and Status Request

Periodic notices are sent to reviewers to remind them of their commitment to uphold the scheduled dates.

Schedule Request

Upon notification of a review request from a Cloud School representative, the Committee will schedule the review on the shared committee calendar. The Committee will provide a Cloud School representative with notice of the scheduled date.

Receive Materials

The Committee will acknowledge receipt of the materials.

Assign Reviewers

Reviewers will be assigned to conduct the assessment. The Committee Chair will ensure that all reviewers have previously executed NDAs on file before a reviewer is eligible to receive the materials.

Distribute Materials

Materials are distributed to the reviewers who previously agreed to conduct the review by the scheduled deadline.

Review Materials

The reviewers will review the materials and record observations in the change management system.

Finalize Review

The review is finalized and a summary of suggested changes and critical issues are supplied to a Cloud School representative.
